The US Math Recovery Council® is pleased to announce the 2018 Leadership Series. The Leadership Series includes professional development opportunities that incorporate a blend of face-to-face professional development and online cohort meetings to support participants as they develop, refine, and deepen their knowledge of Math Recovery® content and pedagogy. 2018 Leadership Course Offerings:

Math Recovery® Specialist is a year-long professional development course that builds a high level of expertise in Math Recovery® content and pedagogy. Math Recovery® Specialist focuses on the assessment, teaching, and learning of number concepts in the primary grades. The Math Recovery® Specialist is well prepared for providing targeted intervention with students and is a valuable resource for supporting school or district-wide mathematics initiatives. Math Recovery® Leader is a year-long professional development experience that develops a depth of knowledge necessary to facilitate and support the Math Recovery® Intervention Specialist course in-district, provide MRIS coaching and ongoing support, and refine and extend knowledge of Math Recovery® content and pedagogy. Add+VantageMR® Champion is a year-long professional development experience focusing on the knowledge and skills required to facilitate in-district Add+VantageMR® Course 1 and Course 2 and support district implementation.
