Speakers and Presenters Needed

Kurt Presenting at Conference
IA Showcase

The 2018 US Math Recovery Council® Conference is in need of your teaching ideas, your experiences, and your stories. Each year the USMRC Conference is the place to be with sessions to inspire, expand your tool-base, and deepen your knowledge. Our conference attendees return to their schools refreshed with knowledge, ready to help more students be successful with mathematics and support their colleagues. This is all due to the generous efforts by those within the US Math Recovery® community who present inspiring breakout sessions and engaging instructional activities at the conference.

If you are interested, but unsure of what to present, US Math Recovery® would love to help you put together a proposal for either a breakout session or an instructional activity. Contact Petey MacCarty at petey@mathrecovery.org for possible sessions or activities that you and your colleagues could use to build a proposal.

The Speaker Proposal and Instructional Activity Showcase Proposal forms can be found at www.mathrecovery.org/conference-proposals. Proposals are due April 11th. All accepted lead speakers will receive a $100 discount on the conference registration. All accepted Instructional Activity presenters will be entered into a drawing for $100 of Math Recovery® products.

We look forward to having you present at the 2018 Conference in Broomfield, Colorado, October 22-24. For more information please go to www.mathrecovery.org/2018-national-conference or contact petey@mathrecovery.org.
