Multiplication Bingo (Independent)

Purpose: Automatize knowledge for multiplication with 2s and 10s

Description: Students rehearse multiplication facts for either 2s or 10s to make four counters in a row on a bingo board.

Players: 2

Materials

  • Multiplication Bingo boards (2s and 10s)
  • 10-sided die (0-9)
  • 10 counters per student (different color per student)
  • Student Directions

Directions

  • 1

    Players select a multiplication bingo board to use for the game.

  • 2

    Players alternate turns rolling the die and multiplying the number rolled by the factor they chose for their board.

  • 3

    Use a counter to cover the solution on the board.

  • 4

    Play continues until a player has four counters in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
