Join us as we pinpoint the foundational knowledge needed for students to successfully add and subtract with conceptual understanding through relational thinking. In this session, experience hands-on instructional activities using ten frames and the 100-bead rack. We will explore the roles structuring numbers and conceptual place value play when developing mental computations needed for addition and subtraction with regrouping.
